Great comparison, my friend. I share your view that the 2021’s larger minute counter is very faithful to the true Type 20 DNA — it just feels “right” at a glance. That said, the 2019 crown gives it a bit more character and charm.
but hands and subdials more on the 2021 🧐....
But if I was fortunate enough to have a choice between the two it would be the 2019 as besides the nicer IMO crown I also prefer the bezel and the what to me looks like a better balanced dial. Marc

The purity of the design wins me over.
The 21 is a bit sportier maybe? Chunkier looking with a gmt bezel. I honestly don’t know which one I would choose, both have a place in a collection for me.
