Mahesh's encounter with the Berneron Mirage Sienna offers a captivating look at a timepiece that blends aesthetic elegance with horological innovation. This article delves into the watch's unique design, including a movement crafted entirely from gold and a remarkably thin caliber. It highlights Berneron's commitment to redesigning movements to align with the shaped case, providing a fresh perspective on contemporary independent watchmaking.

I’m not an early adopter; be it tech or watches. Therefore this was not something I could be convinced of when first launched. But I like it now. And with time it also allows one to determine if the novelty factor is weighing on one’s thoughts. For me, at this point I don’t think so.
I’ve not jumped in early and still I’m unsure of such timepieces. What I’ve realized, one is the novelty factor and another is my personality or my own ability to carry it on wrist with my personal comfort. While I love seeing this timepiece separate or on someone’s wrist, I doubt I’ll be able to pull it off.
I really like the design and thought that went into it. I like this versus a Cartier Crash. One of the first “different” designs that is actually different. Not to mention the movement that is not just a regular movement squished into a different case shape. I am seriously wanting to get on the list to get one - but I need to find one in person to try on my wrist as I am a fairly firm believer in must try it on before buying. Looks great on you and that gold color works fantastic! Congratulation
I should have mentioned it clearly in the article, my apologies. This is timepiece of Berneron that I was able to see during W&W
to try it on in person and shared with us. Are orders still years out?
It's one of the best ideas from the last few years; different but not crazy different. Quite beautiful. If this is yours big congratulations.
