25th February 2010, Bell & Ross opened world's first boutique in Singapore at the newly launched premier mall, the Mandarin Gallery which is centrally located in the middle of the Singapore's bustling shopping belt, the Orchard Road.

To commemorate this significant milestone, Bell & Ross and its long time partner, FJ Benjamin invited their clients and friends of the brand for an evening of celebration with fine food and entertainment after the ribbon cutting ceremony.




Mandarin Gallery, the revamped mall of Meritus Mandarin Singapore, home to many prestigious brands ...




Guests arrived for the cocktails ...the Bell & Ross Boutique is situated a key location of the mall, the walkway connecting to the
Meritus Mandarin Hotel.

At about 6:30pm, preparation for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony ...


Some Moet were standby for the later champagne popping ...

Next was the Yusheng, an auspicious appetizer and a Chinese New Year dish to symbolize "good luck" for the new year.
The ingredients are made up of  thin slices of raw fish and various spices. 


One of the servers assisted to prepare the Yusheng ...


And now for the tossing action known as  'lo hei' , which means to "rise" (hei) symbolizing a thriving business for the year.
