In this post, WatchProSite community member orahu shares his experience with the evolving retail landscape for independent watch brands, specifically highlighting Baltic's new boutique in SoHo, NYC. His upcoming visit, alongside an appointment at the Vacheron Constantin boutique, provides a timely comparison of accessibility and client experience across different segments of the luxury watch market. Orahu's initial encounter with Baltic's appointment-only policy underscores a significant shift in how even accessible independent brands are managing their client interactions.
