His selection of a Ferrari Roma and a Range Rover Sport sparks a lively discussion, prompting fellow enthusiasts to weigh in on the allure and realities of owning such aspirational vehicles. This article explores the community's diverse perspectives on luxury automotive choices.

Got rid of it when I got a proper three row, but the fit and finish and driving position are unmatched. I had a full size range, an old disco II and new disco. Never had any real problems except the disco 2 wanted head gaskets😂
the Roma is a very reliable car but the Range Rover is not! The maintenance cost of the Roma though is high and the resale value is not great compared to say the F8 Tributo which shares the same engine. It hinges on people's perception that Ferrari's should be mid engined rather than front engined Now, go spoil yourself!! .
Maybe not to the extent where I would have them as an only car in a remote and climatically extreme area but we’re no longer in the, ‘Gotta have two, one for driving, one for spares’ territory 😉 I used to live in a climatically more extreme place, where German cars were also seen as toys you get for yourself or for your wife for driving on the city in summer because of the nice leather and good infotainment but where every journey outside or in winter needed something made in Japan 😉
Wouldn’t be my pick if money wasn’t a problem but i like your style
I love both of these cars but as you said probably not as reliable as others. So why did you choose it? Because it has a wonderful design. As humans we are drawn to beauty (aesthetics). If I may suggest to you. If you want something more reliable and still exceptionally beautiful, the Porsche 911 is the one to go for. German engineering, I believe is hard to go wrong. The 911s I feel are built to last. And, if you get one, get an older one — 997 and older. They are timeless classics. Best Gatsby
