I never heard of that term, but I assume you're talking about the wheels of the Porsche? I always liked the 997.1 series and never heard to the wheels referred to as lobster claws!
I have those same wheels on my Boxster S
But I doubt that those will top your super-refined Alpine. It was a big pleasure to read your report on the tuning process of your Alpine in every detail. Great stuff and I bet the driving experience is second-to-none. Here in Germany I feel there is one A110 on 1000 Porsche.
