Hi, Amanico, RO skeleton - That piece may be a piece unique, part of a series that had various themes in relief in place of a traditional dial - bamboo shoots, birds, various rare and collective automobile models. This is the only one I know of that has as much skeletonizing of the movement (legendary cal. 2120) and so much detail in the sculpted relieve motif.
