This dial is quite distracting. Love the new flyback movement, pushers are great. Still have not tried the quick change strap, I'll get to it at some point.

In that direct light the dial perimeter appears lighter...

Yes it does! The dial edge itself is not black...

But unless viewed directly in strong light like this photo, the dial does look to melt into the tach. It is super cool and I have not seen any photos that capture the mood correctly. It needs to be seen live.
