Mrnoppy shares his excitement over acquiring the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 15400ST with a ruthenium grey dial, a piece he admired since its 2017 launch. This post captures the collector's journey, especially the 'FOMO' effect driving a purchase after a model's discontinuation. The discussion highlights the visual appeal of the dial and its place within the Royal Oak lineage.

So happy to have picked this up - really loved it when it was first launched back in 2017. Now that it’s discon, the Fomo effect made me finally pull the trigger πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
The shades of grey are so intriguing , you can’t help but stare at it at different angles
