Eddie Jordan: racer and former F1 Team owner. Now commentator on F1 racing.
In the flesh, Eddie is like most racers...very slight and lean; not 'big' at all.  Nice chap and a great wheeler dealer.  Tried to sell me on the merits of his watch almost before I took any photos.  smile

Apologies to Eddie that my flash misdirection blinded him.

Yes...his father was the late Kenzo Tange, renown architect.
As Paul says, he is a little taller than his famous father but builds his buildings a little shorter!  smile

Great post MTF!

Thanks for bringing us right to the heart of the action! Which reminds me ...... I collected this at the inaugural event in 2008! How time flies! :) Best Fernando

Ah.... Yes.... the cute watch from 2008

Fernando, Indeed, that was a big buzz year. Strangely, in 2012, when there are 5 contenders for the championship, there is less excitement....why? Today I met some guy from HKG who was here with his family for F1. You may know him :-) He has a "small" collection of perpetual calendar watches. Also, one or two Roger Dubuis and three or four Panerai. Sometimes, he even remembers to be a moderator on the PuristSPro Panerai and Roger Dubuis fora....hehehe. Regards, MTF
