In a testament to both H. Moser & Cie.'s customer service and the power of community, taipeigirl89 shares the successful return of their Arctic Blue Fumé timepiece. This post highlights the brand's attentiveness to collector feedback and the value of transparent communication in resolving service matters, offering a valuable case study for luxury watch owners.
this is a follow-up to posts on June 7, 12, and July 8.
It took a little while but thanks to ZWR in PA (H Moser's authorized service center in the US), the watch is back and looking as brilliant as ever.
One thing to note, I have been contacted by a couple of officers from H Moser during the process. That leads me to believe that they do read posts on this forumn. They have also extended some useful goodies to leviate the situation, whis is greatly appreciated.
I also like to thank everyone who offered their support and input during this process. Now, I'm going to enjoy the watch 😊
Key Points from the Discussion
- The Arctic Blue Fumé dial offers a striking aesthetic, with its color and the contrast of white elements making a strong impression in person. Recent design updates, such as a thinner profile and a simplified case back, are noted as practical improvements.
- H. Moser & Cie. is recognized for its strong customer orientation, with at least one collector reporting a swift and brilliant resolution to a problem with their Perpetual Calendar Purity within a week.
- The original incident leading to the watch's service remains a point of curiosity for some community members, despite the positive resolution.
- The thread also serves as a direct channel for collectors to express their interest in specific H. Moser & Cie. models, such as the Streamliner Purple Haze, directly to the brand.
