Nicolas (amanico) introduces a compelling collaboration between Alpine and MV Agusta, showcasing the limited-edition Superveloce Alpine motorcycle. This partnership highlights a shared philosophy of iconic design and exhilarating performance, drawing inspiration from the Alpine A110. His post serves as a valuable starting point for enthusiasts to explore how automotive and motorcycle brands merge their distinct identities into unique, collectible machines.
The A110 reference represents a specific offering within the Alpine product line, known for its distinct design characteristics and manufacturing period. This model is recognized by collectors for its particular aesthetic, which sets it apart from other references in the brand's history. Its production run concluded in the late 1970s, marking it as a piece from a defined era of the manufacturer.
Details regarding the case material, dimensions, and the specific movement caliber are integral to understanding the A110. The construction of the case and the type of crystal used contribute to its overall presentation and durability. The movement, whether automatic or manual, and its power reserve are key technical aspects that define its functionality and appeal to enthusiasts.
For collectors, the A110 holds significance as a reference that is no longer in current production, with the last modern examples having been phased out of the catalog. The scarcity of these pieces, particularly those from the final production years, contributes to their appeal in the secondary market. Its place in the brand's lineage offers insight into the evolution of Alpine's design philosophy.
MV is my fav motorbike brand . And the Superveloce is a amazing new bike . So retro and cool . Love mine Do you have your Alpine already my friend?
and the reinforcement of the frame structure will also be required and which says reinforcement means additional weight ;-) Nice for the sun... critically in terms of performances
Even though I am a fan of metallic red, this colour scheme fits it even better. The soundtrack in the video on the other hand is cra* An MV is made so sing, alto voce
Iโm not too fond about these car/bike collaborations. There was a Ducati AMG thing once and Audi with Ducati (obviously) but it never seems to work well. I do have to say that the MV and the A110 both look fabulous, and both drive/ride fabulous, yes i had the honor of testing an MV this year, and the A110 is no stranger to me. Anyway, iโll stick to my own Alpine. My 2010 Alpine Clio RS is still one of funniest cars iโve ever driven. Bim
... itโs made in Dieppe !
