I really like the dial and case which radiates so much history, and looks great on that strap too. Just amazing, and thank you for sharing this!
I plan to keep on wearing it, I think the only change I would consider is if I could find an original crown as the replacement is a bit too big, but the rest I plan to leave as is, as it reflects the age of the watch and is part of its story.
Good luck on finding that crown. Maybe send it back to JLC. But they'll probably force you to do a full service.
I do really enjoy wearing it, both for the history and the story but also it’s a very comfortable watch to wear and I love the warmth of the old gold. Thanks for looking
