Hey everyone, 

My name is Jarrod and I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I started collecting watches around 11 years ago. As we know collecting becomes very addictive, very quickly! I have bought and sold many watches along the way starting with the then "on trend" larger sized watches U-boat, IWC Big Pilot, Panerai etc. After time I think you realize what actually works for yourself and your lifestyle, not worrying about what other people think and purchasing what you enjoy the most. I came to the conclusion that I prefer 38mm or below. This makes purchasing new watches harder as they are usually 40mm plus.

After collecting watches for a few years I realized that you could easily change the look of a watch by simply changing its strap. The search began! 

I started researching through the forums, buying and trying different brands. Soon I realized that I could produce a higher quality strap at a more competitive price, this is how Keepiece began. I started the company in Melbourne, Australia. I have since setup in Los Angeles but the main office and my business partner is in Melbourne. 

At Keepiece we aim to produce the highest quality straps at the best price. All of our straps are handmade with quick release spring bars as standard, making changing straps a breeze. We use many exotic skins for our straps including lizard, ostrich, crocodile, stingray and python. Our straps are made to order so you can be assured to receive a personal experience each time you order. We also have a custom strap service where you can produce any option you wish including having your initials embossed into the lining.

We are a small atelier and have set our prices to reflect the quality that we produce. If you would like to meet in Los Angeles I have stock available for view or to purchase.

Lastly, the best part about starting this business is the people you meet along the way. It doesn't matter if you own a vintage Seiko or the latest Patek Philippe we are all in this for the same reason, the love of watches.
