The concept of the 96 series movement was to make a smaller movement but they really wanted a longer power reserve. The original target was around 72 hours. But it couldn't be done without a huge accuracy problem. So they compromised it to 65 hours. It's ...

Especially more pics of the clasp and of the side of the links! Those innovative 8-shaped links are really impressive. I wonder how they're made and cut... It's not laser. Waterjet? CNC drilled?

If only the watch were a few mm less, it might be a perfect timepiece. The finishing here looks superb.

If the entire watch were smaller, the movement would fit better. But I love the size of the case. Too bad the movement could not be enlarged / reworked for the case. They could also nudge the sub seconds down a bit, which is one detail I feel could be imp...
