Anyone see the Chopard Classic Manufactum automatic yet?
What are you thoughts on this piece? I posted about it awhile back ago but any Chopard fans here see it in the stores yet? Beautiful elegant piece, even if the dial would look cleaner without the date. Cheers, Anthony...
I think it's very pretty EXCEPT for the dreaded date.

Sometimes the date kills
That's the case with this watch--and the other excellent offering from Chopard--the one with the Romans and date at 6. It's sooooooooo nice, but... details matter!

Is that a hot enamel dial? I'm going to assume not because of the hole punched for the date dial. Great looking watch. I personally would loose the "Automatic" script on the dial. The date doesn't bother me, but the cut off of the Roman Numeral III is les...
