I've really enjoyed all of Chopard's 8 Hz releases, going as far back as the original L.U.C. 8 HF in 2012. The 8 Hz Alpine Eagle is just a touch more technical and sporty, when compared to the rest of the line. The Alpine Eagle line is the perfect match for the 8 Hz movement - it's almost a coming-of-age moment for this movement. It gives the Alpine Eagle something that the competition does not offer, making it the signature watch of the line for me.
