Putting this watch's package along with the famous sports/bracelet models from PP 5711, AP Jumbo and VC Overseas.....

I don't know what else is needed to add on the XPS.

It’s pretty amazing indeed and surely not my last AE!

Wow! Now that's what I am talking about! I forget the movement (and the case!) has the Geneva Seal! Absolutely magnificent!!!

Me too I had forgotten. So beautiful

Patek's 240 caliber has got some competition!!! Micro rotor for the win! I see two barrels stacked! Amazing they could fit two barrels stacked in such a thin movement; 65 hours s 48 in the Chopard and Patek Philippe respectively. Chopard 96's winding roto...

Yeah! The watch is really impressive...

 By: patrick_y : September 15th, 2023-19:51
The concept of the 96 series movement was to make a smaller movement but they really wanted a longer power reserve. The original target was around 72 hours. But it couldn't be done without a huge accuracy problem. So they compromised it to 65 hours. It's ...

Thanks for sharing my friend this is fascinating

More pics! More pics!

Especially more pics of the clasp and of the side of the links! Those innovative 8-shaped links are really impressive. I wonder how they're made and cut... It's not laser. Waterjet? CNC drilled?

Magnifico!! Chopard does well to hide the small diameter.

If only the watch were a few mm less, it might be a perfect timepiece. The finishing here looks superb.

I am eager to! I mean using the small diameter movement in the watch.

 By: MichaelC : September 18th, 2023-03:36
If the entire watch were smaller, the movement would fit better. But I love the size of the case. Too bad the movement could not be enlarged / reworked for the case. They could also nudge the sub seconds down a bit, which is one detail I feel could be imp...

Yes its really beautiful!
