Chopard

Small sample size, but...

 

My dad has a Lunar one, and that watch has been sent for repairs about 6-7 times in only 3 years due to power reserve failures, dial issues (a marker came off), etc. Reliability issues have been severe enough that I don't think he wants another Chopard watch. 


I think it's probably to do with the offset rotor in the movement.  That would cause complications (hah!) in transferring power to the mechanism that you wouldn't have with a central rotor.
