Without picure of the movement it is really difficult. Could be a UG Polerouter inside, but also F. Piquet 9´´´. All speculations, but could be original, the style is matching with 1986.
I dont know L.U.C., i think they call watches with their own movements so, and the own movements starts 1996.
In the past they used LUC more broadly...
Those being the initials of the founder Looks OK I guess but one would really need to open the case - just in case
