Chopard Quattro Platinum pictures.

Heads or tails, this is a very elegant watch, with a nice dial and a very pleasant movement, which offers an autonomy of 8 Days.

7 Days, 8 Days, 10 Days, 15 Days or even 31 Days movements were not that common in the early 2000's.

Nowadays, they are not common, either, even if less rare. Patek, Jaeger Lecoultre, Lange, and Chopard come to mind.

The blue dial of this Quattro, plus the finishing of this manual movement are convincing. The platinum case is the cherry on the cake. It gives some pleasant density to this watch without being too heavy.

This is not a watch from my collection, but a watch which I had a lot of pleasure seeing.

Best,

Nicolas

Eight days is a useful complication...I love the manual winding with 4 barrels. I believe back when it was first released (the earlier version - the Cal. 1.98) was not very noticeable. Maybe it was because of the Chopard brand was just getting noticed. Bu...

The L.U.C Quattro is less well known

Nico, Thanks for showing a watch that is less known than it's brethren. The winding action is very smooth but it takes a long time to full four-barrelled power. The good news is that you only need to do it on Sunday for the rest of the week. Regards, MTF

Doesn't take that long

Fortunately, the crown offers a good grip. Quite nice winding the watch.

Several of the new quattro look good
