Finishing on Chopard 1.010?

Dec 24, 2019,12:14 PM

Hey guys,

I am facing ta great opportunity of purchasing a pre-owned Chopard 1937 in Rose Gold for a great price, but unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to see the watch in person, as I live in Brazil, at a city that has nothing close to a Chopard Boutique! So, I was wondering how is the finishing on the Chopard 1.010 movement, is it as hand-finished as the 3.96? Are all Chopard L.U.C watches hand finished?

I wish you all a great Christmas and a wonderful New Year,

Fernando

I do not think the finishing is the same grade as those of the masters of finishing like Vari, Roger W. smith, Credor Etchi, philipe dufour... but.....

It is an amazing watch and I think that Chopard makes some of the most interesting and unique in house watches. So I think you should totally buy it as it is a bit more of an unusual choice, the company is family owned, and they make some amazing movement...
