We often hear brickbats about brand services,but i was pleasantly surprised by the promptness and courtesy extended to me when i sent in my minor Chopard for some adjustments at the boutique in Singapore.They were efficient,performed the required adjustments and service, and actually had the watch ready for collection ahead of scheduled time.I was very happy to collect the watch in great condition a few weeks ago

Chopard seems to be a top-notch brand.
I also like that they use fair-mined gold and gems.

+1 on excellent Chopard service through the Costa Mesa boutique in California. An older St. Moritz and newer Sport 2000 were both back sooner than expected, looking and working as new.
