I think we all missed this Cartier Diver rose gold because
...there are too many Cartier product launches each year.
In only a few years, Cartier watchmakes (below) have saturated every complication segment making it impossible to keep track and even more difficult for brand collectors to acquire every model.
The Cartier Diver Pink Gold ADLC Black is pretty but I don't see many saturation dives with it 
Its TOO pretty for that.
Generally, most rose gold/black combination watches are attractive viz. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore, Rolex Submariner and Yachtmaster, Linde Werdelin Oktopus Tattoo II, Bell & Ross, Breguet Marine or Richard Mille RM032.
No lady ever asks, "Does my wrist look fat in this?"
