The Pasha is so underated
What a fantastic watch. I did not think I'd love it that much.
So light and comfortable with a leather bracelet. I was afraid it would be "harsh" like the 1978 Santos that I found unpleasant to wear.
To most surprising thing to me was how slim it is. I always though it was a bulky watch! 38mm is - by moderne standards - the perfect size too. Not too big, not too small.
And that grill! It's a little bit cartoonish looking but also very distinctive.

The "cage" is removable?

The cage is removable. And it's still a great looking watch without it! One thing I don't like is the cyclop. This make the date so unreadable I wonder how it was put into production.
