New watch alert I always loved the Santos Dumont ultra slim with Piguet movement and the older version was.. odd and not interesting. When I purchased that one I realised many great details such as oversized octagonal crown with cutted sapphire cabochon, ...

It’s a great one....

This is an excellent watch and the perfect gateway drug into the world of Cartier watchmaking. My own first Cartier piece was the kissing cousin from the same period - ultra-thin and slightly larger in diameter. Do like the octagonal crown and faceted cab...

Thank you Bill!

Here's what it looks like when carefully taken apart. Warning! Do not attempt to do it at home! It may incur a serious injury to your nervous system if you drop one of those f..ing gold screws on the floor! ...

Wow. How cool to see.

Cartier's watch design of the 70's and 80's are the best.
