Have offered low production pieces in the past. Most are based on existing watches but with different colours or set with diamonds or other precious stones. Verify the case number and style with Cartier.

Have seen original santos in PT with that dial and red cabochon with papers serviced by Cartier so that wud have been authentic. IIRC it was made in very Ltd
edition for the Japanese mkt. but this was way before CPCP. This one seems bigger thicker iteration with newer hands. Can’t say if CPCP had re-introduced it. I have seen CPCP with red detailing on tank basculante though. Hope this info helps.
