Do not discovered the error on the dial.
My Longines came with a dent.
My mistake was to start immediately wear my watch and i could immediately not miss it, because it was strong love.
Still is today.
Only i can see it, because i know exactly were the dent is.
On the picture there is no dent, it is very little.
My mistake is to take no contact with the seller, good you did it.
But i know, if i call i can send my watch for repair. 
Just picked up the Salmon Santos Dumont LE

The dial with the Arabic numerals works surprisingly well.
I think this is the first time we see Arabic numerals used for a Santos-Dumont watch. And the size fits you perfectly. George
