Cartier - Piece Unique Policy Change

There isn't much information out there on Cartier's piece unique program so I thought I'd post an update.

I reached out to them in ~early 2023, as I have a fair amount of spend with them on watches. I was approved for one, and then ~8 months into the process the lady I was dealing with told me they changed their policy and now I'd have to work directly with a local boutique. Luckily, the lady in Vancouver that handles watches is AWESOME. But the lady at HQ literally sent me that email then ghosted after I asked them to intro/help move things over. Now I'm 50/50 on it, kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

Anyways, just be warned if you do have a piece in progress with HQ, they might just randomly stop everything and direct you to work with a local boutique...

that Cartier offered a piece unique service! Thank you for sharing. And I am now curious what the minimum spend is to qualify for this.
