Back from servicing.

My Santos fell from the gym locker and I discovered the date doesn’t change anymore. Sent for servicing and it’s now back. They fixed it for free. Kudos to the team at Cartier Singapore.

Gym locker room floors are very dangerous to watches

Concrete and tile are the worst thing you could possibly drop a watch on. I’ve seen several damaged that way - even a Rolex whose case was slightly egg-shaped after impact. You are very fortunate! Cheers, Cazalea

Cartier have an excellent customer service. When my Tissot fell on the kitchen floor when i was catching a pack of milk in the morning, the Swatch group understood the accident en made my watch for free. Great to read Cartier do the same.
