My query here is that whether Cartier carried Arabic numerals in Santos earlier or it was first time they did this year.

but that was a special edition for Dubai and I doubt if it has been released already. Top right corner in this picture. It is like the Dubai Pasha that was released this Summer. GEO ...  

So I think it's for the first time Cartier used Arabic numerals on Santos dial...
