... and it's only March. Can't complain as I got one of my Grails and my wife got the Carrier she's been wanting for a while. Ted, maybe next year. Given the proportions of my wrist, I was leaning more towards the style of Geo's lovely Louis Tank on brace...

I actually do love that Louis Tank on a bracelet also. Damn sexy and charming. I am on an at least 4 month watch buying hiatus myself, maybe more, in the same boat. But that you got a grail makes me super happy!

Every year a watch is my system. So i’ve got 14 month to make a decision which watch. One tip of the curtain: Montblanc, Minerva, VC, UN.

I’ve seen the quartz version and loved everything except the movement. Quite interested in this...the question is gonna be, steel or two-tone? Best E.
I love the look but...
... at 46.6mm x 33.9mm is anyone else concerned about the size? I think the smaller quartz version is better proportioned for me (especially as the case geometry generally wears larger) but I'll reserve judgement until I see actual wrist shots.
