Most concerning to me however is that your wife disappeared after the first wristshot...you might be lacking the most important approval! ;-))

Dear community: Hope you are all well and enjoying summer. I have this on approval and ask for your thoughts. It just came to my AD yesterday and they sent it to me to look at.

This watch seems to be getting a lot of attention. It’s just slightly thicker than the original Finissimo as this is a screw down crown and not water resistant to 10 meters. So it actually fulfills the role of a stainless steel sports watch even more. I c...

Very lovely piece, a “sports watch” where the 15202 could never be. Like you said, screw down crown and 100M water resistance. Thinner than the 15202 also, why not? Ted

The case and bracelet design is new age iconic IMO. On the fence about the mvmt and parts quality.

The odd placement of secs subdial compared to the prev iteration is also what concerns me but not a dealbreaker. They keep pushing the envelope.

Well . . . ahem . . . er . . . I hope I am not lacking in the “delivery” department if you catch my drift:). She actually does like it. You have a very good eye my friend!

Is there that much difference in thickness between the two? I read that it is very minimal and for the water resistance the watch is more useful for me. The stainless steel does make it heavier than the others however. I don’t mind the weight. The bracele...

Pheeew, then my main concern about this purchase is resolved my friend! ;-))

This is a wristshot taken in Napoli of the T version which I immediately liked (I believe it was last summer), but I haven't seen yours in the metal and as you say it definitely wouldn't seem *much* thicker. Enjoy ;-) ...

Looking at the Bulgari site,...

It looks like the older titanium version has a case 5.15mm high. The new steel one is 6.40mm. Still very thin.

Hi, Ed. Screw down crown and 100m water resistance do make it a versatile sport watch.

I would go for the blue dial, as it looks more appealing and special. The combination of stainless steel and blue dial is never too much. Please let us know your decision Best, Henry

I like this design best when case and dial color are closer. For example, in steel, the 103011. [nt]

It makes the dial look like an extension of the case and bracelet, and keeps more of the emphasis on the case and bracelet, which is the whole point of the Octo in my view. The dial is the least interesting part of this interesting watch, so I don't favor...

Very cool piece

I have not yet had the opportunity to try the latest revised 100mWR versions but it looks phenomenal from what I have seen so far. Before deciding myself I tried in ceramic, titanium, steel bracelet versions. Overall the construction feels amazing and the...

Still have to try it

My only concern are the polished parts. Never been a fan of what catches hairlines like a magnet, but that's just aesthetic. I feel completely blessed with my titanium and ever since it suits my wrist, any memory of my past 15202 is just... a memory. 100 ...

Due to all the different forms and shapes of the case, I found less „loud“ material finishing to be more attractive on that watch. Same for....

the dial because it‘s very large. Haven‘t seen the blue/steel live yet, but as it combines both, „loud“ case finishing and dial, it seems to be the worst choice for me personally.
