This is obviously a HUGE oversight on the Bulgari corporate team. It's actually fraud. Now, there's civil-court fraud and there's criminal fraud. In USA at least, criminal courts would need a "criminal intent" or "mens rea" where the Bulgari team purposely lied and said it was a limited piece knowing that they would be selling 103856 as a non-limited edition later. That would be criminal fraud. It's more likely that this was just a big oversight and that this is just a case of lots of negligence. Also, nobody on the Bulgari sales team has spoken up to Bulgari Corporate about the problem. Which is an even bigger staggering problem.
