With regard to the day indicator the Octo simply follows another logic which is ok for me (position SAT and WED on the other side).
What me - now - disturbs is that they didn’t hold on to their own logic when it comes to the month indicator. Look at SEP and APR. In terms of logic, a total contradiction to the day display. On the same dial.

The day of the week indicators seem to have a design flaw. “SAT” should be inverted. The current layout is therefore not in harmony.
