Change strap
Hi you need two screw driver to unscrew the attachment the screw at 3 o'clock side it's a long screw and at 9 it's a small one old one screwdriver and make the other one turn counterclock attention normaly they have some glue inside or if the outside of the attachment is damage it's not easy to pull out .when the small screw come out use a screw driver to push out the long attachment and that it .but to put back one of the screw is thiker then the other one please check the attachment and that it

as it is. I just bought a fitting screw driver and was able to do it. By the way the first scratch on the screw was caused through an watchmaker at a Bulgari Boutique and I assume he had proper equipment, but maybe was not relaxed enough Oliver

Hi Oberon the one in steel are made of steel and less easy to scratched than the one in Gold (18kt) bur becarefull when you try to unscrw them we put glue lol lol lol
