I enjoy mine very much - I hope you will, too! ...  

I was debating between 103011 and the newer 103297. The 103297 has a screw down crown and greater water resistance. But in the end I chose the dial and finish of the older version!

I think the sandblasted finish and matching dial represent a fuller expression of the design language than the black/blue dial and polished/brushed case finishes. Shame not to have the extra water resistance, but I don't plan on swimming in mine. 😉
