Hi Harsh,
I have not seen the WG and YG 5207’s side by side to compare, but my impression has been that the dials are the same. Breguet dials (and cases) have the ability to change character under different lighting conditions and at different times of the day, and their appearance in pictures also varies. I suspect it is that effect we are seeing in photos posted here.
I can’t comment on aging effects of the dial, but eventually most dials show some changes.

Congrats, I got the same one a few months ago myself...
but got the dealer to change the strap for a blue one to match the hands. It's look great with the blue straps.
