The 7077 has been around a while, but this blue variant is new
One of the most interesting things about this watch is that the chronograph has its own gear train that is powered by a blade spring that is charged by simply operating the chronograph with the push buttons. When you reset the chronograph back to zero using the push button, it charges the blade spring so the chronograph is ready to run again. This results in only a 20 minutes power reserve, but given the novel system I think this is a reasonable trade-off.
Unfortunately I have never seen one in person, but it is one of Breguet’s models that I find really intriguing.

Size is an issue for me.
I saw it in the window of a Breguet boutique. I can barely wear the 7057 at 40mm. At 44mm this would look like a wall clock on my wrist.
You are right. I have not seen the diameter case. 44mm is huge and even more with these lugs.

Came close to getting the non boutique version
But the sizing is very large for this brand, especially with those lugs.
