Lovely watch but
please try it on. I say that because the straight lugs on a Breguet makes the watch wear large. I for one find it difficult to wear a 38mm Breguet but might be comfortable with a 40mm watch with curved or small lugs.
You should be fine with your wrist
My 6.5 inch wrist would not allow me to wear a 40mm Breguet unfortunately.

Okay, let’s be honest ! Owning a tourbillon from the brand that invented the tourbillon ... Can it get better than that ? If fit is right , and the dial layout checks out for you , then pull that trigger ))

Ref 3450, in platinum and rose gold. It is smaller, around 36 / 37 mm, but what a watch! ...
This is actually my favourite Breguet tourbillon
because at 36mm it is the most wearable by far with its long lugs and the simple dial emphasizes the tourbillon and nothing else.
If I was in your position I'd check the status of my collection first.
If I have everything I want to wear I'd go for the pieces I appreciate but won't wear. Sounds odd but thats how I think...
You can't go wrong with a Breguet tourbillon.
This is a very nice version and at 40mm should be well wearable on your wrist.
