I just wanted to underline the lack of imagination of watch brands for women watches.

INHO, they cannot take a watch (not particularly the case of this Breguet), reduce the size and just add diamonds everywhere to sell them to women.

I think women as customers want something different and "true" watches created for them (not a man watch transformed into a woman watch by adding diamonds).

For instance, the Breguet Reine de Naples is a true woman watch... and a really desirable one from my point of view.

But, of course, it's just my point of view.

Best wishes

Pre-SIHH 2017: Breguet Tradition Dame 7038 for women

Breguet teases us with a new ladies' watch for its pre-Baselworld 2017 launch - the Breguet Tradition Dame 7038 in a 37mm rose gold case. Last year at Baselworld 2016, Breguet released its first ladies' Tradition Dame in white gold. So it makes sense this...

Not bad for any watch! [nt]

Love the updated time-dial

Its just ever so slightly bigger than the 7027 without changing the case size, which I think is a teeny slight improvement in terms of the proportions for the watch hands.

I disagree and think it is already great. But that is OK for us to see it differently.

Many women's watches have diamond bezels. I bet in person they will be more subtle than in this photo. I showed it to TracieC last night, she adores it, so I think Breguet will do well w/ the target audience on this model. I have added this to the Michael...

I see this model as a very feminine version of the Tradition.

Good for Breguet for offering it to brand fans. I think high end watches is more a man's hobby than a woman's. TracieC knows much more about watches than the average woman, but she still loves her diamonds. That is being a girl. The number of discerning f...

I'm absolutely agree with you.

But I think women watch lovers and collectors are growing and growing and watch brands will have to make, IMHO, a kind of internal revolution to take into account that trend ;-) Best wishes Alkiro
