Nouvelle Lemania Question
Just out of curiosity ...
A year or so ago, there were reports that the Swatch Group was investing a lot of money in Lemania to make it the exclusive movement supplier for Breguet and Omega. There were reports of their stopping the supply of movements to various customers and halting production of the Lemania 5100 movement.
Since then, however, most of the new movements used by both Breguet as well as Omega have been from Frederic Piguet - not Lemania. Does any one have any idea about what is happenning with Lemania?
Thanks
Raghu
