The Type XX is a fine choice!
I love the cursive breguet on the dial, the tapering of the hands...It has some french curly-cues on a tool watch. And it is a Breguet.
A very special early model, I believe the earliest non 'T' crossed models with gold capped crown had the straight second hand like yours, normally changed when Breguet services them.
