And what I learnt from the press release is that he is a watchmaker, too. Let's wish him the best for his new functions, and let's hope he will give us a killing Type XX! Best, Nicolas ...
There's such an outstanding legacy in this brand, I hope it will get the place it deserves under competent management. I mean, from a brand perspective, Breguet should eat Lange for lunch (no offense to Lange, just using them as an example).
I have a soft corner for Breguet and really hope that he releases few but solid pieces and does solid marketing for the brand and what it represents . Everything about Breguet is great and on an avg I add one piece every two years .
Blancpain, JD. One of the three must move up, back, etc. Breguet a bit above Omega. Blancpain above Breguet, and JD as the ultimate luxury. What do you think? I am curious.
I mean, when you know the history of the brand, and the level of execution they are capable of, they seem well below their potential. Here's hoping that this CEO manages to fully exploit this potential, while staying true to its DNA. Not an easy exercise....
Amanico, you're in charge of our killer XX! And after you design the watch, we need to find a leather jacket company to make us matching leather jackets!
