I asked Breguet the same question last year, and their response is..
"Wih reference to your email, I inform you that you are right : Breguet manufactured some quartz watches from 1975 to 1980, when the shareholder was the Chaumet family. They created 150-200 wristwatches and 100 Marine chronograph travelling clocks."
Clearly, they are trying to make sure it's not swatch's "fault" for the quartz production.
Breguet Quartz?
Did breguet ever make a quartz movement around the 1970's if so what No. possibly could have been given to these watches?
