Information on how to use this watch doesn't seem to be available online, so here is what everything does. ...  

Just use the key square in the dial to roll the calendar forward until you get to the desired month and day, then set the date. If you overshoot the date, you can always reset it to the first. Don't even need to look up the moonphase!
