...these are the watches that we could never buy new. A remake is the chance to own a classic-looking watch that is also NIB and covered by warranty, etc. My biggest problem with many of the remakes is when they fake the aging process. Just give us a watc... 

...but if, for example, Rolex were to do a re-issue of my '83 Sub, and instead of using luminova in the same color as when it was new, used the 'aged' color (what it looks like now) instead, that would be an example of faking it... An easy example of this... 

Tons of 30 mins chronos out there although they could go the air command route with 2 sub dials.
