Breguet has hand finishing as its standard. While A.L. Breguet put innovation and elegance over finishing as an end in itself, currently Breguet excels at all of these.
Here is the entry level Classique 5177, with real hand finishing, and two internal angles.
And here is the last generation Marine 5837, a tourbillon chronograph. Hand finished with internal angles.
Breguet's trade off is that the anglage may be more narrow than other brands, but it's done right, rather than Patek-style machine finishing. It's a personal preference, but I like that things are done right.
