It's best to check with your watch winder to see if there are recommended

Not a winder problem
The rotor is no longer engaged and winding the watch. The watch can only be recharged by winding the stem. I would say this is an isolated problem. I've never had aother problem with a Breguet ... Type XXI to Tourbillon. The great thing is that it's easy ...
