The paint in the engraved numerals does not look clean and precise to me, also I find the bezel too „rounded“, which again looks to me like a polish job having gone wrong.

Again, that’s only my personal take on what I see on the photos. I do not have a Transatlantique at my fingertips for comparison, so I am building on other watches I have seen.

Look at pic 3: the dots indicating 25 and 35 look painted badly, the engraved 40 even worse. Pics 1 and 2 give me an idea that the bezel is too rounded, especially towards the outer edge. The lume triangle looks refilled, since I miss the small gap between the lume and the metal shape of the triangle.

I am also not sure about the lugs, but the photos are unfortunately not clear enough to really give a justified opinion.

I hope that my thoughts are taken as an opinion only, far away from a full assessment. The best thing to do is inspect the watch personally with a loupe.

Hi, Iam in the process of acquiring a platinum Breguet type XX preowned offcourse . Any ideas on how many were produced or how rare are they? I love the blue dial combo hence going for it . Any feedback will be helpful P.S . the watch image is with plasti...
